Patterns
The patterns on this site provide solutions to common issues that occur while implementing OpenNMS in an enterprise IT environment. All the patterns have proven themselves to solve complex problems while not causing other problems in the future. However, the patterns only provide a general template and the examples are one possible implementation. You will need to customize them for your environment. While some patterns are standalone, most build on previous patterns. So you may be confused if you jump into the middle. I recommend skim reading them all as a starting point. From there, you can determine which can be used in your own environment and which are not applicable.
